Spiritual Direction

What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction, also known as Soul Counseling, provides a dedicated space to explore how you can flourish in all areas of your life – your relationships, your work, your heart and your overall sense of self.

This is a gentle process where we listen together, following the thread of your Inner Wisdom and the Inner Teacher. We'll tend to what is Sacred within you, holding deep reverence for your psyche, soul, and body. Tend to the Holy.

What a session looks like will vary depending on your individual needs. We might engage in:

  • Contemplative quiet

  • Processing feelings

  • Somatic (body) awareness

  • Grief support

  • Curiosity about intuition and dreams

The spiritual direction I offer is not bound by a specific faith tradition. It's about cultivating openness and curiosity, and gently softening the habituated patterns that may be hindering your life. The focus is on engaging with and developing the inner tools essential for your overall well-being.

Sessions can take place either in-person or virtually.

  • Hands-on techniques to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It includes massage, energy work, and movement therapies, aiming to release tension, improve circulation, alleviate pain, and support the body's natural healing.

Each session begins with a conversation to listen into what is best needed to serve your body, heart, soul & mind.

“Having compassion starts and ends with having compassion for all those unwanted parts of ourselves. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”
